What is considered a "qualified" Lead?

The PNC is injured and is willing to treat, is able to receive treatment, or has already received treatment. The PNC is not liable, or has a strong case for comparative negligence. The PNC has evidence of the incident (traffic/incident report, photos, witnesses, etc.). The PNC has not been compensated and the case has not been resolved, disposed of, or settled. The incident occurred within the past 90 days, or the PNC has been receiving ongoing treatment. The PNC is actively seeking to retain an attorney.

Do you sign the Leads for us?

It depends. Due to differing regulations across jurisdictions, we do not generally sign Leads on behalf of your firm for Lead Generation services. We do offer sign-up facilitation for our Chase service. Reach out to our team for more information.

Question 6

Will my per-lead cost fluctuate?

No. Our rates are fixed, and we provide a minimum 30-day notice of any change. Rate changes are never retroactive and do not affect any positive balance held in your account at the time of the change.

Can anyone sign up?

We review all partner requests on a case-by-case basis. Leads are available to U.S. accredited attorneys and law firms that specialize in personal injury.

Question 8

What if I'm charged for a Lead I don't feel is "qualified"?

All refund and credit requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Inbound calls are recorded and case evaluations are logged, so the information provided by the client is used to determine the lead's status. If the information provided by the client is inaccurate pertaining facts of the case in a manner that will negatively effect the case outcome, or the client does not want to hire an attorney, a refund will be approved. Our team works quickly with yours to review any discrepancy and promptly make any adjustments that are warranted.
