Rush Legal Marketing & Consultation LLC ("Rush Legal," "we," "our," or "us") operates rushlasvegas.com and the partner portal used by attorneys and intake staff to receive and manage personal injury lead referrals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Partner account information. When an attorney or staff member creates a portal account, we collect name, email address, phone number, firm affiliation, and role.
  • Lead information. Our intake team records details about prospective personal injury matters (case type, date of incident, brief facts, and contact information provided by the claimant) and shares that information with attorneys we work with.
  • Marketing contact list. We maintain a list of attorney contacts we email about available cases. Contacts may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing admin@rushlasvegas.com.
  • Email engagement. Marketing emails include a tracking pixel and wrapped links so we can see whether an email was opened, whether a link was clicked, and whether a recipient started a sign-up. This information is used only to measure the effectiveness of our outreach.
  • Usage and log data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) generated when you use the site or portal.

2. How we use information

  • To connect attorneys with qualified personal injury leads.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the portal and website.
  • To communicate with attorneys and staff about their account, available cases, disputes, and billing.
  • To send marketing emails about available cases to attorneys who have not opted out.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share lead information with the attorney(s) we assign or offer the lead to. We use vetted service providers (hosting, database, email delivery) that process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Your choices

  • Marketing emails. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You may also email admin@rushlasvegas.com to be removed.
  • Account information. Contact us to update or delete your portal account.

5. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport, role-based access controls, and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children

Our services are intended for legal professionals and adult claimants. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
