Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rushlasvegas.com and the Rush Legal partner portal (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Rush Legal Marketing & Consultation LLC ("Rush Legal," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Not a law firm; no legal advice

Rush Legal is a legal marketing and consulting company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or representation. Nothing on the Services creates an attorney-client relationship.

2. Partner accounts

The portal is available only to approved attorneys and their authorized staff. Accounts are subject to approval by our team. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Leads, assignments & billing

  • Leads are offered to attorneys at our discretion based on case type, capacity, and other factors.
  • Fees for accepted leads, account balance top-ups, and any adjustments are handled through the portal.
  • Disputes about a lead must be submitted through the portal's dispute flow within the applicable window. Approved disputes result in an account credit; denied disputes stand.
  • Rush Legal does not guarantee that any lead will result in a signed client, recovery, or fee.

4. Marketing communications

Attorneys on our marketing contact list may receive emails about available cases. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing admin@rushlasvegas.com. Transactional messages related to your account will continue.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of law or applicable rules of professional conduct.
  • Share lead information outside your firm except as necessary to evaluate or handle the matter.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Use scraped, automated, or bulk methods to collect data from the Services.

6. Confidentiality

Lead information and portal contents are confidential. You will use them solely to evaluate, accept, and handle referred matters.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including branding, copy, and software, are owned by Rush Legal or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rush Legal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or revenues. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Rush Legal in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Rush Legal from any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your handling of referred matters, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
